Access to the Intherion "Neural Fabric" and Simulation Engine is restricted to authorized defense partners, government entities, and licensed commercial operators. Unauthorized access attempts are logged and reported to relevant authorities.
Ownership of the "Neural Fabric" architecture, AI Models, and Simulation Assets is determined by the specific contractual agreements between Intherion Systems and its deployment partners. We believe in an open ecosystem where IP rights are mutually defined to support mission success.
Capabilities demonstrated within this platform may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Export or transfer of technical data to foreign persons without prior authorization from the U.S. Department of State is prohibited.
Intherion Systems provides simulation data for training and strategic planning purposes. While we strive for 99.9% physics fidelity, real-world operational outcomes are the sole responsibility of the deploying agency.
